I wouldn't call "Dog" a staple diet of the locals, but seems to be a bit of a specialty at this local restaurant !! They dry the meat out to get that special taste .... oh you know ... that "Special" taste !!!

I like the dog out the front - the Shanghai version of the dog on the Tuckerbox perhaps? An I also note the Crysler Voyager in the background, same colour as yours I think. Some connection? JD
